today brought a 3rd stage win for Mark Cavendish from the Isle of Man, but riding for some Yank outfit. Then there was a positive EPO test for a guy called Ricco, before the start of stage 12, so his team decided “one out, all out“, and they withdrew themselves, after thousands of kilometers and nearly 50 hours of racing ! But what happened to the old Devil guy that used to leap about and jump whenever a bicycle came within 20 feet of him ?
