aaaaghhh yesterdays Leven comp had me swimming around with only one fin on after 15 minutes because of cramp ! and today i feel ike ive been hit by a truck. Salt ?
Today was spent driving around Cornwall, clocking up tales of dead race horses and kilometres by the bucket load, we found nothing rideable, and later agreed that we had actually driven away from the best waves of the day, way down west where the Wades reside.
