The surftwisted “what happens when the ocean goes flat” blog is a mix of inane posts by water photographer  Tony Plant , and that age old problem, big wave surfer, Duncan Scott.  A garbled mixture of Tonys travels around Cornwall and the UK with camera in hand, and Duncans reports from wherever he might be in the world over the next years, as they continue their individual quests for good times, cheap medical care and barrels .
